Our mission is to provide mentoring, community, and leadership for our freshman students provided by our Upperclassmen.

Our vision is to build social and emotional learning skills on our campus through student empowerment, helping freshmen feel safe in a positive and welcoming culture. 

This year, our goal is to improve the individual and overall success of freshmen at BA and to create a positive and inclusive environment & community
